2. Use of Dankbar Products and Workshops

Dankbar offers its candle making sets exclusively for personal use, including private creative activities or gifting. Without prior written consent from Dankbar, you may not reproduce, resell, use commercially, or use these sets for instructional, educational, or business purposes.

Dankbar sells its candles solely for personal use or gifting. Without prior written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, brand, resell, or otherwise use the candles for any commercial purpose.

2.3 Workshops

Dankbar sells its candles solely for personal use or gifting. Without prior written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, brand, resell, or otherwise use the candles for any commercial purpose.

Dankbar workshops, including public, private, group, and special-occasion workshops, are intended solely for personal participation.

Participants may not:

• Record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content for commercial purposes

• Use workshop content, methods, or techniques to offer competing workshops or services

• Represent themselves as trained or certified by Dankbar unless explicitly agreed in writing

Dankbar reserves the right to refuse participation or revoke access in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

3. User age requirement

Dankbar candle making sets and workshops are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

If a person under 18 uses these products or participates in a workshop, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent, and an adult must supervise the activity at all times.

Safety Warning:

Wax is flammable if overheated. Never leave melting wax unattended. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in fire, injury, or property damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dankbar Store Ltd. accepts no liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper, negligent, or unattended use of its products.

4. User Conduct

By using Dankbar Products and Services, you agree to:

a. Follow all safety instructions, warnings, and guidelines provided with the product or during workshops

b. Use all products solely for their intended purpose

c. Respect all intellectual property rights, trademarks, designs, and content owned by Dankbar Store Ltd.

d. Refrain from unlawful, harmful, misleading, or disruptive behavior

All Dankbar Products and Services are provided “as is”. Dankbar Store Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its products or services.
