Enforcement Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the response via the contact details above, you may submit a complaint to the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) Accessibility Complaint Office.
The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaint office contact form. Subsequently, the FFG examines whether the complaint relates to violations of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements by federal authorities or affiliated institutions.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG provides recommendations to the federal authorities or affected institutions and suggests measures to remedy the identified accessibility issues.
